A fruity, complex and floral coffee from the Guji highlands of Ethiopia.

Hailu Beketa is a 100% Arabica specialty coffee , Kurume Woleshu variety, grown in the legendary Guji region. Produced using the natural method , it offers a lively and expressive cup, with notes of passion fruit, red fruits and white flowers .

This coffee is the result of the meticulous work of Hailu Beketa, a committed Ethiopian producer committed to traditional farming practices and respect for local biodiversity. Each batch is hand-harvested and sun-dried on African beds to maximize its aromatic potential.

Preparation tips

  • V60 : 15 g of coffee for 250 ml of water at 93°C – extraction 2:30 to 3 min
  • Espresso : 18 g of coffee for 36 g in a cup, in 25–30 s
  • Aeropress : 17 g for 250 ml, 2 min infusion before pressing

Tip: This coffee also shines in a mild iced method (flash brew) for a fruity and thirst-quenching experience.
