Derrière Jockos, il y a moi

Je suis Jacques Lefebvre. Je torréfie à Vendin-le-Vieil, entre Lens et Béthune, sur une machine de 3 kg. Pas d'usine, pas d'intermédiaire : je choisis les cafés verts, je les torréfie en petites séries chaque semaine, et je les expédie sous trois jours.

Je ne travaille que des cafés de spécialité en grains, et je vous dis ce que je sais de chacun : l'origine, le producteur, l'altitude, le procédé. Quand un lot a un défaut, je le dis aussi. Mon histoire en détail.
