A fruity and gourmet coffee from the highlands of Guji, Ethiopia.

Rubí Lot is a natural coffee grown between 1900 and 2200 m above sea level in the Guji region. It is produced from Ethiopian heirloom varieties and then sun-dried using the natural method.

This coffee reveals a lively and complex aromatic profile: red cherry, blueberry, brown sugar , with balanced citric acidity and a creamy texture. Ideal for mild or fruity espresso.

About the origin

This coffee is produced in the Guji region of southern Ethiopia, the birthplace of Arabica. Grown on small family farms, it benefits from a high altitude, a consistent climate, and traditional skills passed down through generations.
