A bright, fruity coffee grown at high altitudes in the Huila region of Colombia.

The Rojo lot comes from Finca La Esperanza , run by Hertson Bernal in Guadalupe, between 1600 and 1900 m above sea level. Cenicafe 1 variety, washed treatment with prolonged fermentation (100 to 143 h), dried on African beds.

In the cup, we find a beautiful aromatic intensity: blueberry, grapefruit, yellow plum and a Silky texture. A lively and complex cup, ideal as a filter or fruity espresso.
