A silky and luminous coffee, with delicious and fruity aromas, grown in Guadalupe in the Huila region.

The Amarillo batch also comes from Finca La Esperanza . Grown at 1600–1900 m , it is made from the Cenicafe 1 variety and processed in a washed state with anaerobic fermentation (72–95 h). Drying on African beds in the open air.

In the cup: yellow peach, apple, caramel , and a soft, milky texture reminiscent of yogurt. A balanced, smooth cup, ideal for afternoon tea or as a creamy espresso.

About the producer

Hertson Bernal is the producer behind the Rojo and Amarillo lots. At the helm of Finca La Esperanza, he and his brother work on long fermentations and slow drying to bring out the full aromatic richness of the Huila terroir.
