A silky and bright coffee with gourmet and fruity aromas, grown in Guadalupe in the Huila region.

The Amarillo lot also comes from Finca La Esperanza. Grown at 1600-1900 m, it is from the Cenicafe 1 variety and processed as washed with anaerobic fermentation (72 to 95 h). Dried on African beds in the open air.

In the cup: yellow peach, apple, caramel and a milky and smooth texture that evokes yogurt. A balanced, soft cup, ideal for an afternoon treat or as a creamy espresso.

About the producer

Hertson Bernal is the producer behind the Rojo and Amarillo lots. At the helm of Finca La Esperanza, he works with his brother on long fermentations and slow drying to bring out all the rich aromatic qualities of the Huila terroir.
