An expressive and gourmet coffee, grown at high altitude in the Nariño region of southern Colombia.

The Dorado lot is produced around the La Cocha lagoon, between 1600 and 2300 m above sea level. It is composed of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia Typica varieties, fermented for a long time, washed, and sorted by density to maximize its aromatic clarity.

In the cup, it reveals a balanced and warm profile: yellow peach, blond caramel, milk chocolate , with a touch of mandarin and cranberry . A cup that is at once fruity, sweet and slightly tangy, ideal for a mild method or mild espresso.
