An expressive and indulgent coffee, grown at high altitude in the Nariño region of southern Colombia.

The Dorado batch is produced around the La Cocha lagoon, between 1600 and 2300 m altitude. It is composed of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia Typica varieties, fermented for a long time, washed, and sorted by density to maximize its aromatic clarity.

In the cup, it reveals a balanced and warm profile: yellow peach, blond caramel, milk chocolate , with a touch of mandarin and cranberry . A cup that is fruity, sweet, and slightly acidic, ideal for gentle brewing or as a mild espresso.
