An expressive and gourmet coffee, grown at high altitude in the Nariño region, southern Colombia.

The Dorado lot is produced around the La Cocha lagoon, between 1600 and 2300 m above sea level. It consists of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia Typica varieties, fermented for a long time, washed and sorted by density to maximize its aromatic clarity.

In the cup, it reveals a balanced and warm profile: yellow peach, blond caramel, milk chocolate, with a hint of mandarin and cranberry. A cup that is at once fruity, sweet, and slightly tangy, ideal for pour-over or gentle espresso.
