A washed, fruity, and elegant Colombian coffee from the Huila region.
The Naranja lot completes our La Esperanza range, following the Rojo and Amarillo. It comes from Finca La Esperanza, managed by Hertson Bernal in Huila, at an altitude of 1800 m. Cenicafe 1 variety, washed process.
In the cup: red fruits and berries with a honeyed sweetness. A bright and clean coffee, ideal for filter and fruity espresso.

Preparation tips
- V60: 15 g for 250 ml at 93 °C, 2:30 to 3 min
- Espresso: 18 g for 36 g in the cup, 25 to 30 s
- French press: 30 g for 500 ml, infuse for 4 min

Jolis grains pleins d'arômes sur tous les paquets que je commande chez Jacques. Au nez, comme en bouche, de la saveur, de l'acidité et de la profondeur. Beaucoup de qualité.
N’ayant aimé aucun café que j’ai bu depuis des années, j’ai décidé de changer de méthode. Cafetière à piston et cosy blend c’est un duo gagnant
Excellente torréfaction, des produits de qualité, je recommande à acheter les yeux fermés!
Que l’on soit un simple amateur ou un grand passionné, il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts chez Jockos Coffee. La sélection de cafés est volontairement limitée, ce qui est un vrai gage de qualité. Les grains sont toujours fraîchement torréfiés, et cela se sent à la dégustation !
Le site internet est hyper clair et les explications fournies sont très utiles pour faire son choix.

Enfin un torréfacteur sérieux dans le coin. J'ai goûté son café sur un marché de Noel, acheté un sachet dans la foulée, et je ne suis pas déçu : c'est fruité, vivant, rien à voir avec le café du supermarché. On sent le travail et le soin apporté à la torréfaction. Conseils au top pour la préparation.
