This coffee is grown on the La Soledad finca, a 90 hectare farm of which 45 hectares are dedicated to the coffee plantation and the rest to the preservation of the natural forest. The Pérez family is committed to sustainable practices, diversifying their crops with avocados and participating in research projects with World Coffee Research to test new varieties and growing conditions.
