The "Guatemala - La Soledad / Pérez Family" stands out with its complex notes of chocolate, citrus, and red berries. Each cup offers a unique sweetness and depth of flavor, resulting from a controlled 96-hour fermentation. This coffee is ideal for those seeking a refined and richly nuanced tasting experience.
Origin and Commitment:
This coffee is grown on Finca La Soledad, a 90-hectare farm with 45 hectares dedicated to coffee planting and the rest to natural forest preservation. The Pérez family is committed to sustainable practices, diversifying their crops with avocados and participating in research projects with World Coffee Research to test new varieties and growing conditions.

Finca La Soledad is well-known for the longevity and exceptional quality of its coffee. The Pérez family applies traditional and manual coffee processing methods, while also experimenting with new techniques to push boundaries and achieve excellence. Their dedication to continuous improvement and innovation has been recognized by multiple participations and awards in the Cup of Excellence competition.

Excellente torréfaction, des produits de qualité, je recommande à acheter les yeux fermés!
Que l’on soit un simple amateur ou un grand passionné, il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts chez Jockos Coffee. La sélection de cafés est volontairement limitée, ce qui est un vrai gage de qualité. Les grains sont toujours fraîchement torréfiés, et cela se sent à la dégustation !
Le site internet est hyper clair et les explications fournies sont très utiles pour faire son choix.

Enfin un torréfacteur sérieux dans le coin. J'ai goûté son café sur un marché de Noel, acheté un sachet dans la foulée, et je ne suis pas déçu : c'est fruité, vivant, rien à voir avec le café du supermarché. On sent le travail et le soin apporté à la torréfaction. Conseils au top pour la préparation.
