Preparation tips
To fully enjoy the nuances of Costa Rica Finca Carrizal, we recommend a grind that is suited to your extraction method:
- Chemex: 30 g of coffee for 500 ml of water at 92-94°C. Extraction between 3 and 4 minutes.
- Espresso: Measure 18g of coffee for a 36g espresso in a cup, extracted in 25-30 seconds.
- French Press: 30 g of coffee for 500 ml of water at 92°C. Infuse for 4 minutes before pressing gently.
